Attending the fast-growing construction industry in Querétaro, the company Mortar Adhesives is created. Initially producing only white and gray tile adhesive.
2007
Increasing operations in the Bajío region, two more product lines are introduced.
2009
Under new administration, the company’s production capacity is increased by 200% and new commercialization lines are introduced.
2011
Two companies of the same group merge, the manufacturing and the hardware store divisions, in order to increase the costumer portfolio and the product offer.
2012
Taking advantage of the group’s experience in manufacturing construction industry products, the sealer concrete line is scheduled to be launched the following year after intense R+D.
2013
Installation services begin in the construction industry, fixing damaged concrete surfaces in Queretaro and the Bajio region with the newly developed product.
2014
The INTELICRETO® brand is officially registered, and thanks to our customers, 5 distribution centers are created in the central region of the country: 3 in Mexico City south, 1 in San Luis Potosí, SLP and 1 in Leon, Gto.
2015
R+D activities begin for new products related to surface coatings.
2017
The group continues its expansion with more than 10 states with distribution centers.
2018
The INTELIRESINA brand is officially registered, a multipurpose vinylic sealer.
